1. What is the processing time after placing an order?
After placing an order, the processing time is 1-2 business days.
2. Where are the items shipped from?
We ship part of our items from Ukraine, and some items are available for shipment from a Fulfillment warehouse in the US.
3. Can I track my order?
Yes, if your order is dispatched, you will receive an automatic email with details of the delivery date, transportation company, tracking code, and all relevant information. You can check the status of your delivery on the courier's website at any time.
4. Is worldwide delivery available?
Yes, we offer worldwide delivery. If you cannot find your destination during checkout, please contact our customer service.
5. What are the return policy rules?
We have a 30-day return policy after receiving the item. Your item must be in the same condition as you received it, with tags, and in its original packaging.
