Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility.Β To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to request a return or cancel an order.Β You can submit a return or cancellation request yourself by signing in to your customer account atΒ https://account.evenwoodshop.comΒ and selecting your order. Items can be returned after delivery, and items that have not yet shipped can be cancelled. You can also request a return or cancellation by emailing evenwoodshop@gmail.com. The conditions and timeframes in this policy apply to all requests.

Return shipping costs.Β You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exception.Β If you received a defective, damaged, or wrong item, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

Damages and issues.Β Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items.Β Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges.Β The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds.Β We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us at evenwoodshop@gmail.com.

Refund amounts.Β Refunds cover the price of the returned item only. The original shipping cost is non-refundable, except that for EU customers exercising the 14-day right of withdrawal, we refund the standard delivery cost of the original shipment in addition to the item price.

Withdrawal requests from EU customers.Β If you are a customer in the EU exercising your 14-day right of withdrawal, we will process your request and issue your refund within 14 days of your request.
