Shipping policy

Dispatch
Processing time after placing an order is 1-2 business days. We are shipping part of our items from Ukraine, and some items are available for shipment from a Fullfilment warehouse in the US. Delivery time will depend on the country of shipment.

Tracking
Once your order is dispatched you will receive an automatic email informing you of the delivery date, transportation company, the tracking code and all relevant information for tracking the order. You can verify the status of your shipment at any time from the couriers website.

Worldwide delivery
Delivery is available worldwide. If you cannot find your destination during checkout please contact our customer service here.

Shipping costs
Delivery costs are calculated depending on the size, weight and destination of your order. If you want to check delivery costs for your order you must do so in the checkout after adding your products to the cart and filling in the delivery information using the dropdown list for selecting the country.
Customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. These charges will be collected when your order is delivered. Unfortunately, we cannot provide estimates of these charges.

Claims
If you think you have received a wrong, damaged or defective product/s, please contact us via email within 3 days of delivery with your name, order number and clear photos of the product/s, packaging and shipping box if possible. We will process your claim, and contact you about the exchange or return as soon as possible.
